At Prato Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your perfect fit and style satisfaction with every step you take.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Prato box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
